Inca Jungle Trail 4D / 3N

Program: Adventure, Cultural and Ecological. (Biking, trekking, rafting, canopy zip-line)

First Day: Cusco-Santa Maria: bike (Rafting)

We drive by private car to the pass of Puerto Malaga (4,350 masl), from here start the bike ride for 3 hours to Huamanmarqa-Santa Maria, during the trip we will experience the beauty of the mountains towards the high forest, rapidly changing dry and wet cold to hot. Once in Santa Maria have the option to go rafting on the Urubamba river crossing this part of the jungle. (Lunch, dinner, shower Inca lodge)

Second Day: Santa Maria - Santa Teresa: trekking

Early in the morning after a good breakfast at 7:00 we will be ready for the first day of trekking in the direction of the forest. The first three hours, the road will be on the rise, but we will have several stops, one of them will be in a family where we will relax for about 20 minutes here can stock up on water and some delicious snack. Later we cross the great Inca Trail with stunning views across the valley through which we walk. And then the road will be easy through the forest where we find many coca plantations and fruit, cross rivers. In the afternoon after walking for 7-8 hours approx. arrive at the thermal baths of Cocalmayo for later reach the village of Santa Teresa which is 1750 m (breakfast / lunch / dinner / lodge hot shower)

Third Day: Santa Teresa - Aguas Calientes trekking (Zip-Line Canopy zipline optional)

Breakfast at 7 am (canopy tour extra) start walking towards Aguas Calientes, first walk for three hours by a dirt road and another three hours next to the railway line. That night we will spend the night in a hostel with private bathroom and hot water. (Breakfast / lunch / dinner)

Fourth Day: Machupicchu.

In the morning at 4:45 am we will begin the ascent to the citadel of Machu Picchu and have the chance to see the sunrise, then we will have a guided tour for two hours, then you will have time to visit the Huayna Picchu and other attractions . Later will return to Cusco by train or Ollanta. The INCA JUNGLE TRAIL tour 4d/3n
